Construction

Sean Ford
Partner
Sean Ford is the Operating Partner for Dancor. Since partnering with Danny Sanita in 2004, Sean has focused on delivering every project on time while prioritizing client needs. Both grew up in North York and share a commitment to client-focused construction. Before Dancor, Sean was Vice President of a major Design-Build firm and sought to create a more personal approach to service. Sean’s background spans construction management, government policy advising, and lecturing at Ryerson University. This breadth of experience has shaped Dancor’s collaborative approach and earned recognition from the Cities of Toronto, Mississauga, and Laredo. With millions of square feet built and a retained portfolio exceeding 1.3 million S.F. in Ontario and Texas, Sean continues to lead projects with dedication to both clients and community.
Steve Rambajan
Vice President of Construction
In his role as Vice President of Construction at Dancor, Steve is responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from beginning to end. Working closely with the Consultants, Owner, Trades and Dancor’s team members to manage the daily operations. Steve has over 35 years experience managing construction projects for large industrial warehouse facilities, hi-rise office buildings, LTCF, retirement homes, pharmaceutical, retail and specialty buildings. Steve’s experience in estimating, contract management, project documentation, and business development has proven to be an asset to Dancor. After 35 years in the construction industry, Steve continues to enjoy successful bids, developing a plan, plan implementation, and finishing on schedule and on budget.
Jaime Silva
Senior Project Manager
Jaime is a Senior Project Manager at Dancor Construction. He has been part of our team since November of 2020. He is involved with many aspects of each project that we do. This ranges from initial meeting with the client, pre-construction preparation, project documentation/coordination, and post construction closeout. He brings with him 10+ years working in different components in the construction industry. Jaime is a graduate from Fanshawe College with a diploma in Architectural Technology.
Sina Fahidi
Chief Estimator & Project Manager
Sina has been in the construction industry for 18 years. He has been estimating and managing projects valued from $2 million to $85 million in value. Sina tries to build relationships with clients and subcontractors, to make day to day go smoothly and successful. Having happy clients and good relationship with subtrades is what Sina tries to achieve and build on in his career.
Salman Yousuf
Site Manager
Salman has a BSc. in Civil Engineering with more than 30 years of work experience in the construction industry. Salman has sound knowledge in OBC, OPSS, CSA standards and procedures and OHS Act and Regulations and has worked on ICI and High-rise Residential towers Projects. He has provided professional project management, to ensure the continuous improvement and effectiveness of performance.

Property Management

Julia Ford
Construction & Property Manager
As the Manager of Construction and Property Management in Central Ontario, Julia is a vital member on the construction and building team coordinating permits and approvals, sub-trade partner contracts, client contracts and is often the first contact for our clients for their interior layouts and interior decorating. Julia organizes our Permit Applications for our buildings and our interior layouts. Julia is a liaison between our clients and the cities we build in, and assists the estimating group on project pricing and change order. Julia also manages the client/tenant relationships for the Dancor Industrial Building Portfolio ensuring a very high level of service and service delivery. Julia’s practical, common-sense approach to problem solving helps Dancor consistently deliver great results on each and every project.
Candice Jones
Property & Contracts Manager
Candice is the main point of contact between Dancor and its tenants in London and the surrounding area. She oversees property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance, and office management, while also supporting land development by coordinating site activities and liaising with partners. Beyond operations, she contributes to Dancor’s marketing through social media, property tours, and client acquisition strategies. With a background in event management, hospitality, and more than a decade of customer service experience, Candice brings strong organizational skills and a client-focused approach. Her work ensures service excellence, supports project development, and strengthens Dancor’s presence in the community.
