This 30,000 S.F. building with 1 drive-in door and 3 dock doors feature jet doors in the shipping/receiving area to help regulate the temperature and humidity levels. Its exterior features lots of window with explosion proof and reflective window film. The canopy addition gives an extra touch to our tenants branding and offers great curb appeal. Its green glazing and spandrel offer this building a unique look in our Dancor Business Park. This is one of our four buildings in our 12 acres development.
